M/Y Miss Daisy - Our home

M/Y Miss Daisy
Miss Daisy is a 1989 Marine Trader Tradewinds tri-cabin trawler. She is powered with twin 420hp Cummings diesels, has 720 watts of solar, a large water-maker and even a washer/dryer. This vessel has spoiled us rotten and turned us into happy hypocrites, officially "those people" who we used to laugh about that need and love our air conditioning, ice maker and living in relative luxury compared to our sailing days.

Yes, that's a square bed!

Hudson - Our tender

Hudson is a 14' Boston Whaler. With 4 dogs, 2 fulltime teenagers and at least 2 adults, getting to shore requires more than a small inflatable dinghy. Fulling restored by our captain in 2015, Hudson was a thing of beauty.....for about a week. It's pretty hard to keep it pristine with daily use by dogs, 6 passengers and teenagers driving. One of the main reasons for getting a Whaler is that she is "unsinkable" and so far, we have pushed that label to the extreme. She's our reliable tank!
